1. Navigate to User Settings: Log in to your Telgoo5 dashboard.
2. Access Management: Navigate to User Settings (PC480).
3. Access the Module: Navigate to the Search user (PC871) tab.
4. Enter Criteria: In the search bar provided, enter either the Name or the Login ID of the user you are looking for.
5. Execute: Click the blue "Search" button.
6. Review the Results: The system will generate a table displaying comprehensive information for the matched user, including:
   • User Details: Shows the full hierarchy path (e.g., Retailer → Distributor → Master Agent).
   • Login ID & Group: Confirms their account credentials and group association.
   • Status & Activity: Provides the account status (e.g., Active) and details on their last order or update history.

This module is designed for a quick, global search when you know the specific person's name or login but don't want to drill down through the individual Master Agent, Distributor, or Retailer tabs.
